One of our most popular topics of instruction is showing clients how to do the day-to-day administration of their own servers. We can show you how to do the simple tasks, such as setting up a new website and taking backups. We also teach clients how to secure their server and test to make sure there aren't any "holes" that they might have missed. A popular topic of training with new system administrators is an explanation of the systems that drive the Internet, such as the way DNS works, and how you as a site owner fit into the picture.
